CANCELLATION + ARRIVAL POLICY

To maintain scheduling precision and respect each client’s time, we require 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling, including consultations and follow-ups.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $75 fee.
Appointments scheduled for 1.5 hours or longer are subject to a $150 cancellation fee.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Each client is extended one courtesy late cancellation or no-show, which waives the service charge. After this courtesy has been used, all future late cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to applicable fees.

Arrival Timing

Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.

If you anticipate being delayed, please contact the office directly at +1 (239) 944-4420 as soon as possible. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; however, arrivals beyond this window will require rescheduling and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Deposit Requirements

Select treatments lasting 1.5 hours or longer require a $150 deposit at the time of booking.

  • The deposit is applied toward the total service cost
  • Cancellations within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit

Product Returns

All skincare product purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

Payments

Payment is required in full at the time of service or product purchase.

We accept:

  • Cash
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)

Financing options may be available for services over $500 through third-party providers, subject to credit approval.

We do not accept:

  • Personal checks
  • CareCredit
  • HSA accounts
  • Insurance

Photography Consent

Clinical photographs may be taken as part of your treatment to document progress and support treatment planning.

With consent, these images may be used for professional training and marketing purposes. Patient identity will not be disclosed.

If you prefer not to allow the use of your images, a Photography Opt-Out form must be requested and signed prior to treatment.
